• Refunds - Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected, Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges - Exchanges are allowed for size, fit, or color issues, subject to product availability.
• Damaged or Defective Items - If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer support within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.

• Include your order number and reason for return.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
